The tools to run the system
Repertoire
Write up each classroom visit in a couple of minutes. Next Up picks the teacher you haven’t seen in the longest, pinned snippets fill in the feedback you give most often, and Save & Email sends your notes to the teacher.
Classroom Visit Notecards
We ship a printed, pre-cut set with your book. Each card holds one teacher’s schedule and your visit dates, so you can see who’s next at a glance. Print more anytime, personalized from your roster in Repertoire.
Daily Planner
Plan each day’s walkthroughs alongside the rest of your agenda, then jot quick notes and track key conversations as you go.
Classroom Walkthrough Toolbox ($229 value)
The schedule generator, walkthrough tracker, interruption matrix, feedback phrase bank, communication scripts, and the 3-Cycle Startup Plan.
