Here's how to use the 52 questions to prepare for ed leadership interviews:

  1. Print them out—yes, on paper! 
  2. Write out bullet-point answers to each question
  3. Practice on video—or at least with a timer—and make sure you can speak for 4-5 minutes on each of them. 
  4. Identify 8-10 stories you can use in response to "Tell us about a time when you..." questions, or just to make your answers more compelling.
