Account Questions

How do I update my credit card?

Log in at members.principalcenter.com and go to My Membership to update your payment information.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

Try resetting your password first. If that doesn’t work, email info@principalcenter.com and we’ll get you sorted out.

How do I change my password?

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page at members.principalcenter.com.

How much does the ILA cost?

The Instructional Leadership Association is $99/month or $999/year. Membership includes Repertoire (the classroom walkthrough and feedback app), the Instructional Leadership Show, the Marshall Memo, professional learning certifications, the Ascend career toolkit, and more. Repertoire Questions

How do I get my teachers into Repertoire?

You can add teachers individually, paste a list of names from a spreadsheet or email, or scan a printed staff roster with your camera—Repertoire extracts the names automatically. You can also take a photo during the Portrait challenge and it sets up your roster in one shot.

How do I write observation entries quickly?

Repertoire uses Snippets—reusable phrases you tap to insert, rather than type. Over time, your snippet library builds itself from your own language. You can also record a voice memo right after a visit and Repertoire transcribes and structures it into a full entry automatically.

Can I send feedback emails directly from Repertoire?

Yes—and feedback sends from your email address, not from a system notification. Repertoire opens your email client with the entry pre-addressed and pre-filled, so teachers see a message from you directly. You can CC yourself, an AP, or an instructional coach with up to 10 saved addresses.

What input methods does Repertoire support?

Several ways to get observations into Repertoire without typing: record a voice memo and it’s transcribed and structured automatically; snap a photo of handwritten notes and the content is extracted; or forward an email to your personal Capture inbox and it appears in your queue. All three convert to full observation entries with one tap.

Does Repertoire work with my district’s evaluation framework?

Yes. Repertoire includes pre-built snippet collections aligned to the most popular state and national evaluation frameworks (Danielson, Marzano, and others). Activate the ones your district uses. If you use a custom or less common framework, photograph your rubric and Repertoire imports it automatically.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to manage your preferences or unsubscribe entirely.

I’m not receiving emails. What should I do?
